I offer one on one consultations in my clinic based at Unichem Cashel Pharmacy
I focus on total well-being and believe in treating the whole person rather than a symptom based approach.
I like to look at the underlying causes of illness alongside the role genetics are playing.
Disease and illness are often the result of imbalances, nutritional deficiencies or environmental toxins.
Treatment plan usually involves dietary, nutritional, lifestyle and exercise interventions

After years of working in "conventional pharmacy" I started seeing our highly stretched health system as simply the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. As a pharmacist I decided that I did not want my patients simply being scrapped up and put into the ambulance, I wanted more for them. I wanted my patients to enjoy happy and healthy life. This lead to my study in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine as well as becoming a Fitgenes Practitioner; and both of these complement my conventional Pharmacy Degree (B.Pharm).
